Order Dispatch and Shipping Information

Small items such as mittens, socks, caps, fingerless gloves, and cardigans are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days following receipt of clear payment. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Within EU countries, delivery generally takes approximately one week (or sooner), while shipping outside the EU typically takes around 10 days. Tracking information will be provided once the goods have been shipped.

For other garments, such as sweaters, please note that they may not be available in our warehouse at the time of your order. Items labeled “Available on back-order” indicate that they are not currently in stock. If this is the case, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to knit and prepare the item.

Delivery Costs and Customs Information

Delivery costs are determined based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel. All shipments are handled through Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post). Please be aware that additional customs charges may apply in your destination country. We do not have control over customs policies and cannot predict these additional fees. If such charges are incurred, they are the responsibility of the recipient. For further information on potential customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
