Order Dispatch and Shipping Information

Small items such as mittens, socks, caps, fingerless gloves, and cardigans are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days following receipt of clear payment. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Within EU countries, delivery generally takes approximately one week (or sooner), while shipping outside the EU typically takes around 10 days. Tracking information will be provided once the goods have been shipped.

For other garments, such as sweaters, please note that they may not be available in our warehouse at the time of your order. Items labeled “Available on back-order” indicate that they are not currently in stock. If this is the case, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to knit and prepare the item.

Delivery Costs and Customs Information

Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. All shipments are sent via Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post).

Customs Duties and Import

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

As customs regulations vary by country, we are unable to predict or control any additional import charges. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Orders Shipped to the United States

For orders shipped to the United States, additional customs-related fees are calculated separately and are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
