Small items such as mittens, socks, caps, fingerless gloves and scarves are usually dispatched within 1- 5 business days after clear payment is received. Shipping time varies to destination country, but approximately takes a week within EU countries (or even faster) and around 10 days outside EU. We provide tracking information after goods are shipped.

Other garments like coats, cardigans, vests, capes and sweaters may not be at warehouse at order time. Please give us 2- 4 weeks to knit the item if we do not have it in stock. If you have questions about your order delivery, please contact us via shop@tines.lv.

You can choose between two types of delivery when shopping at our online store:

Delivery costs depend on the country you put as a shipping address and on parcel weight. All our parcels are delivered via Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post). Please be mindful of any customs charges that may apply in your destination country. We do not control customs policies and can not predict these extra charges. If they occur, it is up to you to cover them. If you are not sure, please contact your local customs office for further info.
