  • Stock information

    Please be aware that the inventory available in our online store may differ from that in our physical Tines shop. If you wish to purchase a specific item from www.tines.lv, we recommend placing an order. You may choose ‘local pickup’ to collect your items directly from the Tines shop. Be mindful that prices and promotions can vary between the online and physical store. To ensure you receive the online pricing, please place your order online.

    We currently have a selection of knitwear, including mittens, socks, scarves, linen dresses, and coats, in stock and ready for immediate shipping. These items are available individually. If you require multiple items of the same design, please contact us at shop@tines.lv, and we will arrange for them to be knitted. For urgent orders, feel free to reach out to us, and we may offer similar products not listed online.

    Knitwear with size and color options, as well as items labeled “Available on back-order,” are knitted to order with an average processing time of 2-4 weeks. For urgent requests, please contact us at shop@tines.lv, and we will provide options for similar designs that are ready for immediate shipping but not currently listed online.

  • Customized Orders

    If you find a design that you like but would prefer it in a different color, please email us, and we will try to facilitate your request.

    Should you have visited our physical store and are unable to find a particular item online, please provide us with a description of the item. We may have it in stock or be able to knit it for you.

    To select a color for our knitwear, browse our yarn color options. Once you have chosen your preferred model, add it to your basket. On the checkout page, you will find a section labeled ‘Order Notes’ where you can specify the color number and any other relevant details.

    If you have questions about sizing, please provide us with your measurements. Alternatively, we can measure the garment for you and make small size adjustments.

    We also offer customized gift sets. Feel free to share your ideas with us. We have additional knitwear items that are not listed online, so there may be something you like in our full range.

  • When shopping in our international online shop, you can choose one of the four forms of payment for your purchase:

    1. Payment by card
      We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Instant payment which makes it the quickest payment method.

    2. Advance payment by bank transfer
      After confirming your purchase, you will receive the beneficiary’s details to your e-mail. When making the payment, remember to indicate your order number.
    3. PayPal
      After placing the order, you will be forwarded to the PayPal web-page where you can pay for your purchase either by card or using PayPal system.

    4. Cash on local pickup
      If you choose this method of payment, you do not need to specify a bank card details and / or transfer money. Your purchase will be ready at Tīnes company boutique on Vāgnera street 5, where you will have to pickup and pay by cash.     The right of withdrawal is the right of the consumer to withdraw from a distance contract (online shopping only) in European Union. If you want to return your purchase for some reason, here you can find out how to do this:

    You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you.

    Tīnes will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. If you want to return the product, make sure that the product is in its initial quality and labeled with Tīnes trademark, and you have saved all documents about making and receiving the purchase. You will have to ship on your own costs.

    Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

    If you really wish to return your purchase to us, please follow these simple steps:

          1. Contact us info@tines.lv and we will provide you with a refund template;
          2. Fill it out, enclose with the goods you wish to return and send to us : SIA Tīnes, Amatu iela 5, Rīga, LV- 1050, Latvia;
          3. After receiving the item(s), we will send a refund to your bank account over the next 30 days.

    Tīnes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected product returns. For that reason, use a traceable method of shipping returns.
    For returns or unclaimed deliveries from outside the EU (European Union), a fee of 23% of the order total will be deducted from the refund.

    Please be aware of delays over the festive period. We receive high volume orders before Christmas.
  • Order Dispatch and Shipping Information Small items such as mittens, socks, caps, fingerless gloves, and cardigans are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days following receipt of clear payment. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Within EU countries, delivery generally takes approximately one week (or sooner), while shipping outside the EU typically takes around 10 days. Tracking information will be provided once the goods have been shipped. For other garments, such as sweaters, please note that they may not be available in our warehouse at the time of your order. Items labeled “Available on back-order” indicate that they are not currently in stock. If this is the case, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to knit and prepare the item. If you have any questions regarding your order or its delivery, please contact us at shop@tines.lv. You can choose between two types of delivery when shopping at our online store:
  • By mail Delivery costs are determined based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel. All shipments are handled through Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post). Please be aware that additional customs charges may apply in your destination country. We do not have control over customs policies and cannot predict these additional fees. If such charges are incurred, they are the responsibility of the recipient. For further information on potential customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
