Online shop and Tines physical shop have different stock. If you want something specific from www.tines.lv, place an order. You can select ’local pickup’ for your goods at Tines shop.
Knits like mittens, socks, wrist warmers, hats, scarves and linen dresses are in stock and ready to ship. These items we keep in stock each by one. If you want several items of the same design, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will knit them. If the order is urgent, don’t hesitate to write to us and we may offer similar products which aren’t listed online.
Knitwear with size and color options are knitted to order. Average knitting time 2- 4 weeks. If the order is urgent, contact us via email@example.com and we will offer similar designs and models which are ready to ship but not listed.
If you see a design you like but want it in another color, e- mail us and we will arrange an order. You can select another color or size pretty much to all our goods.
If you visited our physical shop and can’t find something you saw there online, contact us with the description of the item. We may have it or we can make it for you.
To choose color for our knitwear, browse yarn colors. Select model you like, add it to the basket and on checkout page there will be a bar to write ’order notes’. There you write color number and any other relevant comments.
If you are in doubt about sizing, send us your measurements or if you like, we will measure the garment. We can adjust sizes as you need.
You can also order gift sets and can write us about your ideas. We have more knits than listed online so maybe we have something you like.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Instant payment which makes it the quickest payment method.
- Advance payment by bank transfer
After confirming your purchase, you will receive the beneficiary’s details to your e-mail. When making the payment, remember to indicate your order number.
After placing the order, you will be forwarded to the PayPal web-page where you can pay for your purchase either by card or using PayPal system.

If you choose this method of payment, you do not need to specify a bank card details and / or transfer money. Your purchase will be ready at Tīnes company boutique on Vāgnera street 5, where you will have to pickup and pay by cash. Delivery costs depend on the country you put as a shipping address and on parcel weight. All our parcels are delivered via Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post). Please be mindful of any customs charges that may apply in your destination country. We do not control customs policies and can not predict these extra charges. If they occur, it is up to you to cover them. If you are not sure, please contact your local customs office for further info.

You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you.
Tīnes will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. If you want to return the product, make sure that the product is in its initial quality and labeled with Tīnes trademark, and you have saved all documents about making and receiving the purchase. You will have to ship on your own costs.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
If you really wish to return your purchase to us, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact us email@example.com and we will provide you with a refund template;
- Fill it out, enclose with the goods you wish to return and send to us : SIA Tīnes, Amatu iela 5, Rīga, LV- 1050, Latvia;
- After receiving the item(s), we will send a refund to your bank account over the next 30 days.
Tīnes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected product returns. For that reason, use a traceable method of shipping returns.
