When shopping in our international online shop, you can choose one of the three forms of payment for your purchase:

    1. Advance payment by bank transfer
      After confirming your purchase, you will receive the beneficiary’s details to your e-mail. When making the payment, remember to indicate your order number.
    2. Advance payment using PayPal system
      After placing the order, you will be forwarded to the PayPal web-page where you can pay for your purchase either by card or using PayPal system.

    3. Cash on local pickup
      If you choose this method of payment, you do not need to specify a bank card details and / or transfer money. Your purchase will be ready at Tīnes company boutique on Vāgnera street 5, where you will have to pickup and pay by cash. You can choose between two types of delivery when shopping at our online store:

        1. By mail
          Delivery costs depend on the country you put as a shipping address and on parcel weight. All our parcels are delivered via Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post). Please be mindful of any customs charges that may apply in your destination country. We do not control customs policies and can not predict these extra charges. If they occur, it is up to you to cover them. If you are not sure, please contact your local customs office for further info.
        2. Local pickup
          When you choose this option, you agree to come after the purchase at Tīnes boutique on Vāgnera street 5 and pay for the goods by cash only. To see a map and working hours please click the following link: www.tines.lv/salons-tines

If you want to return your purchase for some reason, here you can find out how to do this:

You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you.

Tīnes will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. If you want to return the product, make sure that the product is in its initial quality and labeled with Tīnes trademark, and you have saved all documents about making and receiving the purchase. You will have to ship on your own costs.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

If you really wish to return your purchase to us, please follow these simple steps:

        1. Contact us info@tines.lv and we will provide you with a refund template;
        2. Fill it out, enclose with the goods you wish to return and send to us : SIA Tīnes, Amatu iela 5, Rīga, LV- 1050, Latvia;
        3. After receiving the item(s), we will send a refund to your bank account over the next 30 days.

Tīnes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected product returns. For that reason, use a traceable method of shipping returns.
